1. Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, create an account, or place orders.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, usernames, and passwords associated with your profile or administrative access.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, sample requests, and the checkout or Proforma invoicing process.
- You agree not to use our website or its content for any unlawful, unauthorized, or malicious purposes that could impair the functionality of the platform.
2. Product Information, Pricing, and Evaluation Samples
- We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, organic certifications (EU, USDA, JAS), and pricing for our certified agricultural exports. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions or content are entirely error-free.
- Prices and export grades are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers and discounts are valid strictly for the specified duration and conditions.
- Evaluation sample fees and associated shipping costs are governed by our Refund and Return Policy; sample fees are generally non-refundable but may be credited toward subsequent commercial bulk orders upon mutual agreement.
3. Orders and Payments
- Placing an order or requesting a sample on our platform constitutes a formal offer to purchase our products, subject to acceptance by Celebration Holdings (Pvt) Ltd via Proforma Invoice or order confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability constraints, discrepancies in pricing or specifications, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- You authorize us and our accredited third-party payment processors (such as PayHere or OnePay) to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes, sample fees, and freight costs, to your selected payment method. We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.
4. Shipping, Delivery, and International Trade
- We make reasonable commercial efforts to ensure timely processing and dispatch of retail and bulk export orders from Sri Lanka.
- Estimated delivery windows may vary based on international logistics, carrier schedules, customs clearance procedures, and destination country regulations. International buyers are solely responsible for compliance with local import duties, biosecurity requirements, and customs clearances.
5. Returns and Refunds
- All returns, exchanges, and financial refunds are strictly regulated by our official Refund and Return Policy.
- Due to the consumable and perishable nature of organic agricultural foods, standard "change of mind" returns are not accepted. Claims regarding severe transit damage or incorrect item delivery must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receipt with supporting photographic evidence.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, materials, trademarks, logos, product photography, and text displayed on www.chpl.lk are the exclusive property of Celebration Holdings (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.
- You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or exploiting any content from our platform without our explicit prior written consent.

- We provide our products in accordance with certified international organic standards, but make no guarantees beyond explicit product specifications outlined in our Proforma invoices.
